Nadleśnictwo Gościno położone jest na terenie województwa zachodniopomorskiego. Swoim zasięgiem obejmuje następujące gminy: Karlino-Miasto, Karlino, Kołobrzeg-Miasto, Kołobrzeg, Będzino, Biesiekierz, Dygowo, Gościno, Rymań, Siemyśl, Sławoborze, Ustronie Morskie, Brojce i Płoty.
Zasięg terytorialny Nadleśnictwa wynosi 1078,31 km2, lesistość na poziomie 21,9 %, zaś ilość kompleksów leśnych wynosi 601. Powierzchnia ogólna Nadleśnictwa to 24 533 ha, w tym powierzchnia lasów 22 704 ha. Nadleśnictwo podzielone jest na trzy obręby: Obręb Dygowo (10 547 ha), Obręb Gościno (6 475 ha) i Obręb Rymań (7 511 ha). W skład obrębów wchodzi 18 leśnictw i 1 gospodarstwo szkółkarskie.
